I bought this for baking with and I’m glad I did. With gluten free flour and this I was able to make gluten free date bran muffins again. What a treat!

Can't do without !
Good for your gut Gluten Free Oat Bran. Have now been using for several years. I mix 50/50 with my ground flax: every morning, 2 tablespoons on my quaker oats cereal and topped with dried cranberries.
