I love these groats raw! I soak them for at least an hour in filtered water, then strain thoroughly. Blend them with vanilla, cinnamon and almond milk and if you like, some maple syrup. Delicious!! Then I top with some fresh fruit. Measurements: I use one cup groats to 1/2 cup almond milk and put in blender with other ingredients.
