Whole grain cornmeal!
This is a lovely, light cornmeal. It makes a beautiful cornbread (I use half cornmeal and half cornflour). I also use 1/2 cup in other bread recipes to add a background texture to the result. It is very difficult to find whole grain cornmeal (most products are degermed), so this is a find. I would prefer the GF version of this product, but no one in Canada seems to carry it. But I know Bob's Red Mill has a stringent cleaning process between products in their mill, and so far, I have not had any trouble from it being a "may contain wheat" product.

Worked great
Bought to sprinkle on pizza pans. Used it also to make breakfast corn bread. Was a little course, But didn’t realize I had fine here. Will buy again and just lightly grind first.

Missed these after I moved!!!
