Rated 1 out of 5 by Jo from End up causing a mild rash I wanted to love this product because it was natural and organic. My baby has never had a diaper rash. I used this as a prevention, especially if he's going to go to bed for the night or if he's had a big bowel movement and looks a little red from the wipes. The consistency is thinner than what I was expecting. Unfortunately, after a few days, my baby started to have small bumps that looked like the beginning of a rash developing in the areas where I had the cream. I just switched back to Sudocrem, which I have been using for the last 5 months, in hopes the bumps will go away. So disappointed.
