Features
Bumkins Chewtensils were designed for Stage 1 of baby-led weaning -
introducing babies to the concept of holding a utensil and feeding
themselves. The Chewtensils are made from soft, textured silicone that
is easy to grip and gentle on tender gums, with bendable heads for
safety.
The back of the spoon has sensory
bumps to stimulate gums. Chewtensils are perfect for dipping into pureed
foods at the early part of baby led weaning. They can even be chewed on
by younger babies before they're ready to transition to silverware.
Chewtensils are intended for babies before they have a firm grasp on
self-feeding.

I love these for my daughter who is doing baby led weaning. We offer them preloaded and they are small enough that she can hold and manipulate them herself. Mostly they just act as a teething toy but they are great at that too.
