I’ve made the switch.
I’ve recently switched from plastic sponges to this and a cellulose sponge. I am loving this. It makes dishwashing faster and easier . It’s easy on the arthritis hands too. I see many reviews about people complaining about the wood cracking and how it’s unsanitary and this and that. Well guess what. it’s untreated wood it’s gonna crack. Come on ladies your husbands and grandfathers could’ve told you that. It’s to be expected.JEEZ, people are so used to their perfect unbreakable plastic chemical products. Our ancestors used things like this, and they never complained about unsanitary, like come on we are washing dishes, that actin itself is a cleaning process, if you’re so worried then soak them in vinegar from time to time. We cannot be afraid of germs people. It’s getting pathetic. No wonder our immune systems suck. We have a traditional home, and don’t complain about these things. I feel very sad that people need to ruin a good thing because of their addictions to plastic and placing their plastic expectations on wood that has been used for washing and eating off of for thousands of years.
Yes, I recommend this product and will be buying this regularly, I have tried both brushes (horse hair and tampioca) and I bought the 4cm size (the smaller ones) and I think the other bigger size would be too big. These work perfectly. Yes they warp a bit and crack upon first uses. Yes sometimes hair and fibres come out this is NATURAL!!!!!!!! Ok?!!! NATURAL!!! Have a little COMMON SENSE. Once you are done with them in the kitchen, retire them to other parts of the house for cleaning. This has made my washing routine faster and easier. It makes scrubbing easier especially on the hands with arthritis. I will be buying even more for Christmas gifts. I believe in this company, if you didn’t know they have a HUGE range of low waste reusable products large and small. I highly recommend you check out their other products too.
I feel good purchasing from the Mother land too. They make good quality products. Not like the Chinese third party counterparts.

Sheds bristles constantly
I typically love dish natural brushes, and I like that this one is on the softer side, but it is losing bits of bristles (usually 1 cm long pieces) every time I use it and it's super frustrating. Not sure if all of their brush heads are like this, or if there's just something wrong with mine but unfortunately I do regret purchasing it, as I'm already going to have to buy a replacement immediately.
