I work up in the mountains so my skin starts to dry out in winter and last year I started getting dry red patches on my hands and arms. I tried this and it works really well! After one application the red spots will almost disappear. I've even used this on my feet and it worked amazingly on my feet as well! I travel to work and I forgot my foot lotion and this worked way better than the foot lotion.

Good product. The smell is pretty strong but I enjoy the scent for the most part. It does take a couple of minutes for the product to be absorbed. I'm not convinced that I'd purchase this again and will probably stick with Aveeno for my hand cream due to lack of scent and quick absorption.

I was really disappointed in this product: I have sensitive skin and have used other Burt's Bees without issue, but this one made me break out in a rash. I'm not sure if it's the perfume (it is definitely strong as others mentioned), but I'm afraid this is putting me off the line. It seems that since the Clorox purchase of the line the products have really deteriorated.
