New Favorite!
When I was first thinking about trying this I read all the reviews first. I found a lot of people saying it smelled awful. I couldn't disagree more! I think its amazing, its a nice light and clean scent. So don't let that be the reason you don't try it. If you're unsure maybe start by trying the small bottle, which I think is only a couple bucks. Beyond the sent, this lotion works wonderfully as well. Its not greasy at all. Its a nice thick formula, not watery and absorbs into the skin quickly. You don't need to use much of the product at all. A little goes a long way, which is nice. I will definitely always have a bottle of this, its absolutely a new favorite!

Please Bring Original Back!!!
You had such a wonderful product in the original version, hate the new version. Please bring original back! LOVED the origina, didn't use anything else for years and got so many others hooked on Burts Bees from my recommendations! BUT the new version doesn't smell good and it surely doesn't make my skin look or feel as good. I loved the smell of the original so much I didn't even where any fragrance, the lotion was it! Really dissappointing and I don't seem to be the only one....can we please bring it back, even if it's just online orders? I'm now left testing other lotions and finding nothing else that compares.

New & RUINED!!!!
You cannot improve perfection! You ruined THE perfect lotion!!! Bring the old formula back... PLEEEASE!!! The old smell was wonderful. Everyone compliments me on how good I smell in the OLD formula. NO ONE compliments me in the NEW formula. The OLD formula leaves me SOFT & hydrated head-to-toe all day long. The NEW formula leaves me GREASY on the few spots I have tried it... until I wash it off with soap & water. The OLD milke & honey lotion is the ONLY moisturizer I have used for years. I have purchased all I can find. When I run out of it I will have to find a NEW brand :( I'm one very sad Burt's Bees customer... BRING THE OLD FORMULA BACK!!!!!

NOT THE SAME.... :(
The review stars say it all! I have been using the old product for at least 8 years and have helped sell plenty of this product to friends and family because of the wonderful fragrance that it had and how great the product worked. Today I tried the new and improved??? It's not a lotion...it is now a cream that does not smell the same or good...And honestly I'm not sure what was so unnatural about the product to have to change it. I'm so unhappy I'm going to have to throw this new and improved product away! Will have to search out a different product line....so disappointed....send me an e-mail when you bring the old product back please.

PLEASE DON'T REFORMULATE THIS LOTION
This lotion has the best scent of any I've ever tried and I was a devoted and loyal customer. The wonderful scent along with the other great attributes of this lotion made it unique and a winner,
with a strong following of happy customers, including me. I have no idea what prompted the Burt Bee's Company to reformulate it into a bland, boring, and ineffectual product. They have lost that fantastic long lasting fresh scent that made the lotion so special. Burt's Bees Company-please keep this iconic product in your regular line, the "new and Improved" version doesn't hold a candle to the original product shown here-you are losing a lot of loyal
customers.

Bring back the old---PLEASE
This new formula is very disappointing, and actually, slightly offensive. It smells toxic and feels strange. I've used a barrel of the old formula since it first came out, and my skin hasn't been the same since I used my last bottle, one that up until recently could still be obtained on this web site. I wish I had known to order a case.
Please bring back the old, tried and true, best of breed formula. What would it take to encourage you to do this? You have a loyal following of customers that you will otherwise lose for your current and future products, not to mention the bad press they are bound to dole out.

New lotion smells like plastic
This is the only lotion I have used for almost 5 years now. Unfortunately I'm so disappointed in the new formula that I am shopping around for a new lotion. The idea of the lotion tube rather than the bottle is actually a great idea...despite the loss of a few ounces. However, the smell is horrible. At first I thought it was just the smell of the plastic that the lotion is stored in, I now believe that the smell is the result of a "new" formula. I used to get so many compliments on this smell and never wore any perfumes because this was my preferred and signature scent. I can no longer hold this claim. So sad...

do not like. miss the 'old' version!!
I seriously hope that Burt and gang consider keeping the 'fan favorite original' version of this lotion in production.
I do not like the smell of the new one at all, and that means i don't care if it moisturizes better--i won't use smells i dislike. if i can't have the smell i have grown to love, then i will just find a new one.... in a new lotion. i rarely wear perfume or other scents, this was my scent for a long long time.
i'm pretty sad about this actually, that is my favorite all time lotion and i must've recommended it 100 times at least. now i can't. i'll continue to use other BB products, but not this one.
