Not terrible but worried about the specks/dots
My package had a lot of dark specks as well - the reply to comments has been that, "because of the use of up-cycled cotton, color variants are normal": Could you confirm what you mean by color variants?
These dots are not color embedded on the cloth, they're specks scattered on top of the wipes that move around and come off. I'd like to confirm this is intended or not.
I'd love to not needlessly throw away the product. If intentional, it should be noted on the label so people don't freak out.

Stinging sensation and weak cleansing power
I don't have particularly sensitive skin, but as soon as I used these my fave was stinging like I was using a harsh cleanser ! I had to read over the ingredients cause I was afraid I had accidentally picked up a product with the one plant I'm allergic to (guava) but nope it's not that ! They also had trouble removing the eyeshadow I was wearing, and I wasn't even using my good primer. The cheap dollar store wipes I bought as an emergency while traveling worked better than this product in both cleansing power and sensitivity rating.

Black specs like dirt from
Dark specs on towelettes like dirt
I just bought this today and as soon as I opened it, I thought someone had tampered the package because it has black specs all over and it’s like dirt that I can move on the towelette. I just wiped my face and my eyes with it. I’m concerned.

WORST FACIAL CLEANSER
I bought these facial towelettes for travelling and thought they would be fine since they say for sensitive skin and have aloe in them but they are definitely not ! Firstly they smell horrible but more importantly they have made my skin red , irritated and feels like its burning .......am unable to use these !!! What a waste of money ! I have used Burts Bees products before and never had a problem !

TERRIBLE
I got these because the store was out of Cetaphil wipes (my GO-TO makeup removing wipes) and they were UNBEARABLE. My skin got severely irritated and blotchy after using them. These couldn't possibly have been tested on sensitive skin. Throwing them in the trash. I wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy.

Smells like throw up
I have just received this item and immediately noticed a strong foul smell , after using the item even tho it smelled horrible I noticed I kept smelling throw up . Later on I smelled the makeup whites and noticed it was coming from them . It’s so bad it almost made my husband Throw up when he smelled it .

IâÂÂve been using these towelettes for years to remove makeup every day, including mascara. I have very sensitive skin and have never had any issues with this product. It seems to have no fragrance and usually even the last towelette in the package is still super moist!

Burt’s Bees Burns
So I bought this a little while ago. Everytime I use them it stings/burns. That seems to be an unfortunate trend with Burt’s Bees. Not that there aren’t some great products, some things I use religiously, but we’re talking about this product.
