Catit recycles empty pea husks that would otherwise get discarded, and mix in raw, food-grade materials such as starch, corn powder, and guar gum as natural clumping agents. They offer two litter varieties; one with a subtle vanilla scent, showing the off-white colour of its ingredients, and another that gives off a delicate lavender scent and has been dyed with an edible purple pigment.

Best litter I've ever used!
I have owned cats for almost 40 years and have used every conceivable litter from soup to tar. BTW - soup and tar make terrible litter. Catit pea husk clumping litter is THE best in my opinion. It's light weight, clumps really fast and hard, controls odor like no other and doesn't leave a dusty film on everything. It really is dust free. And as for tracking, it's almost totally trackless. I use the vanilla scented litter and it's scent is very subtle. My cat took to it right away without my having to mix it with the other litter I was using to get him used to it. I highly recommend this litter. It really is amazing.

Best litter ever!
This is by far the best litter on the market! It’s virtually dust-free, creates minimal mess, clumps incredibly well, and lasts a long time. As someone with asthma, I was on a mission to find a truly dust-free option for my medium-haired cat. I previously switched to a corn-based litter, which was an improvement over clay but still left dust and grains scattered around my small studio. Switching to Catit litter was a game-changer! Best litter I've ever used! I'd give it 10 stars if I could
This is hands down THE best litter! I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It clumps well, doesn't smell, and isn't dusty! Of course it still makes a bit of a mess, that's impossible to avoid when a cat jumps out of a litter box, but the litter pieces are big so they're very easy to clean up.
I've tried both the Lavender and Vanilla scent, and each one is amazing! The Vanilla one smells just like cookies, if that's the vibe you want for your litter box, haha.

Best litter I’ve found
I have 3 cats, one top-entry litter box, no smell, no mess, and no hauling heavy garbage bags of used litter to my building’s garbage room. If you scoop the box every time you yourself “go” and flush it, there is no troubles, this litter dissolves when submerged in water. As it’s light, I recommend a top-entry box to minimize tracking. Even so, it tracks far less than other litters. I also love that this is a Canadian company - huge selling point for me.

Amazing, flawless, game changing
Best litter ever!!!!! I have 4 cats and the clumping is the best I've ever seen it makes it so easy to scoop!!! No smell either it's actually insane how dirty cat litter can smell like lavender. It's honestly given me hope with cat litter. You do need to shake a little extra to get the pellets out if the scoop but man is it ever worth it. I just got my litter done in 30 sec. Amazing product, you have a loyal customer now :+1:

Good litter - unscented version would be better
I like that this litter clumps well and doesn't stick to the sides of the litter box. It would be even better if there was an unscented version. To introduce this litter, I was mixing it with the variety I was using, and the cats didn't mind it. I tried putting out a box with just the vanilla scented litter in it and both cats did not like the scent of it alone. I would love an unscented version of this litter.

Great non clay litter. No smell or dust.
So I tried this to see if its a cheaper option than World's Best Cat litter, which I like but is expensive. The Catit litter is very good. The lavender one is lightly and nicely scented and frankly I just think purple cat litter is fun.
There is very little to no dust, and very little scent, which is great. The pellets absorb liquid and dissolves / clumps together and sticks to the bottom of the litter pan and is a little hard to remove. It does use up a lot of the product and I thought this might use it up quickly, and is the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. But #2 just sorts of sits on the pellets and dry out, so they are easy to scoop out without losing product. I haven't used it long enough to know how much a package lasts. The box says 60 days which feels a little generous but I might be able to stretch it out for 1 cat. If it does last that long, I'd probably buy again.

Truly a game changer for my senior cat
Catit Go Natural Pea Husk Litter is in a class of its own!
I do not usually write reviews, but I had to share how much of a difference this kitty litter has made for my senior cat.
Our 13-year-old cat had developed a concerning potty issue - missing the box and avoiding it altogether for #2. We tried everything, multiple boxes, open litter boxes, covered litter boxes, cleaning several times a day, trying a multitude of (traditional) litters etc. During an a-ha moment we moved way from normal clay-based litters and opted for Catit Pea Husk. THAT was a game changer!!
The super soft texture is much gentler on my cat’s aging paws and he’s been using his box consistently since we switched to Catit.
His litter box area is now mess free – no dust, very little tracking and no odour. That strong ammonia smell that comes from clay-based litters is now nonexistent and the house doesn’t smell “cat like” anymore.
