Broke Me Out & No Refund Allowed
Product broke me out and could not be returned for refund per Well policy only a credit. Told to reach out to Caudalie which was totally unhelpful.

Absolutely loved…until they changed the formula.
I have been using this product for a year now and it was my absolute favourite serum! It was the perfect combination of tightening and moisturizing. It is like magic in a bottle. However, the last refill I purchased, I noticed the bottle and packaging had changed. Didn’t think anything of it and continued using. This new formula makes my skin feel too dry and tight. I wish so much they didn’t change the formula! Please bring back the old formula as an option in stores as well as the new!

New packaging/formula?
I've been using this serum since June 2023. It was my absolute, all time favorite serum. The results were quick and impressive. My foundation applied so smoothly after using this product and I could see visible results of plumping and brightening . The recent bottle I purchased felt watered down. It left my skin feeling tight and not at all hydrated. I was told that the formula had been changed and noticed there was new packaging :( Please bring the original formula back đ đđ

Nice Surprise
I bought this in a gift set , I was immediately surprised at hoe smooth and even my smallest wrinkles became right with the first application.
Love the light texture of this product, It absorbés so wellI can chose to add more to area that could use that little extra lift . Nice surprise, I saw results first time using this product.

Allergic Reaction
The new formula unfortunately was not what I had personally hoped. I got an allergic reaction and broke out in inflamed acne, itchiness and dry patches all over my face. I even ended up with a small hive spot on my cheek a couple of days after stopping use from sleeping on my pillowcase. Caudalie please bring back the old formula!

New, but not improved
I loved the old formula. It was the best serum for my sensitive, oily, maturing skin. It smoothed, firmed and lifted. My skin looked younger. This new formula makes me break out in blisters and red, hive-like sores every time I try it. Sadly, I won't be using it or repurchasing.

Skin feels plump & smooth!
I lost track on whether I'm using my 3rd or 4th bottle of this serum, but my skin has felt super smooth and plump since I started using it. Highly recommend using the serum with the Resveratrol-Lift firming night cream & eye gel-cream.

Excellent!
As someone who has acne prone skin, I was so nervous about using this product, but it has excelled my expectations. I can see the serum help improve my acne scars and my skins texture. I love it.
