Good Product but not on it's own
I have a lot of really deep clogged pores on my nose and they are very hard to clear. This product did not do it by itself. However, I use bioré nose strips, but first mix baking soda with water and put it on my nose first, then I apply the bioré nose strip and it clears out a LOT of the pores. There are still some pores that could use some clearing and this is when I use this product, to clean up what's left. It works very good for me this way, and I have large pores on my nose so they need the extra work. I am writing this because maybe this is something Clinique could use for inspiration on future blackhead products. Thanks Clinique :)

Disappointing...did not work!
I have been using Clinique products for so long and was excited to try this product. However, I was unhappy with a Clinique product for the very first time. I followed the instructions for quite some time and have seen zero changes. I never worry about product cost either because I always have faith in the quality of Clinique products. But this tiny tube is also too pricey for having no effect on the skin, it's just disappointing. Would never buy again

Works Good
I bought this product to deal with blackheads in my upper chin area. Used it about 6 times thus far. It is surprising just how much this product does heat up. Consistency is akin to a very light facial scrub. The more water you add the warmer the cream becomes. I also had some small whiteheads in the area which quickly cleared with the help of the blue scrubber. First time I've used a product of this nature so can't make any comparisons. Will say that it does work. Wish it came in a larger tube.

This product had a few components that I enjoyed. I really like the way it was water activated and warmed up as I scrubbed. I also liked the exfoliating scrub, I felt like I was really clearing out my pores. However, I didn't really see a difference after using the product to the full extent. I believe after using the entire tube, and using it two-three times a week, I'd expect a bigger difference. I had better results with Clinique's City block charcoal mask and scrub. I feel like the blackhead solutions was over priced for what was received.

good blackhead remover product
I have been using this product for 4 months. although in the first couple of months I couldnt see signifcant results, after that I started to see blackheads on my nose 90% elimitaed. I recommend this product and suggets to keep using it for a multiple weeks to see results.

Works well but gritty
I purchased this both for my son and I because I love Clinique acne products. My son is getting really bad blackheads and wanted to try this. It seems to really help lift the blackheads for my son however it is very gritty so be careful rinsing it off. I got it in my eye and caused serious eye irritation for me. The next morning I could not put my contacts in. It seems to work very well but I would recommend being careful keeping it in a small area at a time and wipe well before rinsing.

Great product but...
I noticed a significant difference after the first use. Majority of my blackheads disappeared and my skin was left very soft. Only downside is you do not receive much product, works amazing but I don't know if I can justify the price tag. Depends on how frequently you require the treatment I suppose

Actually did something
I've used this for 4 weeks now and see a big difference. I've always suffered from terrible blackheads on my chin. Causing terrible acne and making my skin look dirty. I've tried Lots of exfoliators from tons of company's and this is the first one to help. Looking back I might have been to rough to my skin with other exfoliators. This one does all the tough work. No damage. I still have a few weeks till I see full results and I can't be happier!
