Good toner actually very similar to Step 3 toner/exfoliator
it is a Good toner actually very similar to Step 3 toner/exfoliator for combination skin. unplugs pores and removes excess oil especially after heavy workouts. can also be used after shaving for anti-inflamation.

Keeps Acne Under Control
I used to have acne breakouts on a weekly basis. My chin especially was a problem area. Since using this product with Clinique's Oil Control face wash and moisturizer, the frequency of my breakouts has decreased dramatically and I have the best skin I've had in a very long time.

makes skin feel extra clean
i don't know how exfoliating this is but i do use this consistently and have to say it does make my skin feel better and feel cleaner. would recommend as part of a routine
