Finally my dry, flaky skin is gone!!!
My face took the harshest beating during this past Alberta winter & I could not get rid of the dryness & flaking. I had been using Lancome for decades and even that didn't help. Since I use all Clinique make up I decided to try the trial size of this moisturizer & within less than a week my dry, flaky skin was gone. What a relief. I immediately went to the store & purchased the large jar, as well as the Moisture Surge night mask, the Moisture Surge with SPF & numerous other Clinique products. I couldn't be happier!!!! My skin again has a glow again & hasn't looked this good in awhile. I will definitely be sticking with Clinique for my skin care routine. Thank you Clinique for saving this old face!!!

Hydrating Perfection
I live in Ontario Canada where the fall and winter months are extremely cold and dry. My skin turns so tight, red, and I start having dry flakey patches around my nose and mouth. This, this has changed the game for me. Not only do I have the 'glass skin' after I apply it, it also gives me the hydration my skin is looking for. Plus, this product did NOT break me out. I am very sensitive to hormonal and new product breakouts, and this did not irritate me. This is simply perfection! Will keep repurchasing and I can not wait to try the new line with spf included in it!

New formula, bad results
I purchased this new formula because Clinique support advised me it is more moisturizing than the existing formula. I would say that is inaccurate and the existing formula is much longer lasting and moisturizing. I attempted to do an exchange online, the chat person told me I need to return in store (inconvenient as there is no store in my town) and then closed the chat with no other option/solution. Very unhappy with purchase! Do not purchase this if you use the existing moisture surge intense.

The Old Formula Was So Much Better
I used the Moisture Surge™ Intense Skin Fortifying Hydrator for years and absolutely loved it. I'm not sure why they got rid of it, but this one is just not the same. It is thicker and leaves my skin incredibly shiny and oily-looking as soon as it's on and only gets worse as the day goes on. I know it says oil free, but I'm still getting breakouts from it after three weeks of consistent use; I was hoping my skin would get used to it, but that just doesn't seem to be the case. I also tried the Moisture Surge™ 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator before this one, but that really doesn't cut it for these cold and dry winter months, so I was putting that on multiple times a day. Please please bring back the Moisture Surge™ Intense Skin Fortifying Hydrator; it was such a good happy medium between these two products.

Hydrating / feels like butter
I've been using other kinds of moisturizer. When I found this product . I stocked up ! I have very dry skin , patchy dry skin if I don't put anything on my face right after I shower my face is a desert . This product helped my skin a lot it's so hydrated, it feels a bit thicker than the 100H one but I prefer the 72H just because I can feel the moisturizer thru out the day . I'm surprise the rating is very low for this product .

Disappointed - bring back the old Moisture Surge Intense!!
I've been using the old Moisture Surge™ Intense Skin Fortifying Hydrator for YEARS (NOT THE SAME AS THIS PRODUCT). It has been a staple in my skincare routine and the one thing I can rely on to keep my skin hydrated, supple, and won't irritate or cause breakouts. I noticed that lately it's been out of stock in a lot of stores and saw this one new Moisture Surge Intense 72H Lipid Replenishing Hydrator - I assume this is the new product to replace the old one. I really don't understand why Clinique chose to do this because the old one was perfect, and this is not even close. My skin is no longer soft and supple, the cream just stays on top making me look and feel greasy. It is causing some redness too. While this cream does provide some hydration, my skin starts to feel tight around an hour after application. I don't know where they got the "72 hour hydration" claim. All around disappointed that it seems like the old version is out of stock for good, and I'm left with this product.

The only cream that doesn't dry up
I have fine lines under eyes that becomes deep if my face is dry. All other creams will show this line in 10 min of applying, but this is the only cream that lasts whole day without drying up to make that line noticeable. For me, 100H one is too stuffy for my face and gets itchy. 72H one has been perfect for my skin. I don't get the low rating of this cream. I cannot go on my day without this cream on my face.

Threw away your crown
You changed this product without telling anyone. Its clearly more on the oil side. Call it oil surge. Because this does not moisturize. Now i have to hunt again for another product after 3-4 years of using this. Good things should not be changed. Please do not get the same idea for your dramatically different line.
