Consonant Natural Foaming Face Wash is a gentle yet effective cleanser, packed with nourishing botanicals like tea tree oil and grapeseed oil to help hydrate skin, eliminate uneven skin tones and fight blemishes. pH balanced so you don't need a toner.
For best results: In the evening, dampen your face with warm water. Dispense one or two pumps into your hands and gently massage the rich foam around your face in circular motions. Rinse and pat dry with a clean soft towel. For best optimal, follow with Consonant Face Cream and Ultra Moisturizing Organic Eye Cream.

New Formula, less organic
I have been buying the Consonant Natural Foaming Face Wash for almost 9 years since Consonant Body Care first launched. I have multiple chemical sensitivities, and this was an amazing product safe for sensitive skin. Consonant recently changed their formula to include benzyl alcohol, (Well.ca has not updated their website with the newest formulation or bottle design found on Consonant's website) Benzyl alcohol is supposedly a preservative but is *not* gentle on sensitive skin. I guess with larger distribution comes a need for longer shelf life, but this is no longer a healthful or effective product for highly sensitive skin.

Changed formula
This was my favourite face wash for years, but they changed the formula and it was so drying and irritating I couldn’t use it and had to toss the whole bottle.

Love it!
Wow- I actually really love this foaming face wash! I had never tried it before and have enjoyed using it. I am 58 and have combination skin. I use it as part of my night routine. It does not leave my face feeling dry or tight. Just cleaned and refreshed!

thoroughly cleanses face and gives skin a refreshing feel. it can be a little drying though so apply your skincare products immediately after washing face.

My go-to face wash
I've been using this face wash since Consonant just began. It's even better when it goes on sale, I purchase multiples! I have only used the old bottles so not sure what will happen once I get a newer bottle... people are saying the formula has changed. I really hope not because this has been a staple for me for so long. Shipping was fast as usual from well.ca.

Perfect everyday cleanser
My skin has gotten more sensitive with age, and I hit a point where I kept having to re-home or discard face washes because they didn't agree with my skin. I was very happy to find this one. Gentle and fragrance-free and I love the pump mechanism and soft foaminess of the product. This will be my go-to from now on for sure.

Love this face wash!!
This is a great face wash for sensitive skin. I bought it on a whim awhile back, and am now on my second bottle - it lasted me a decent amount of time, and it also works very well for cleaning my makeup brushes of my clean cosmetic products.
