Cortate Hydrocortisone Cream USP 0.5% is for the temporary relief of minor skin irritations, rashes, itching, dryness, scaling and redness due to seborrhoeic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, insect bites, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, contact dermatitis such as soaps, detergents, cosmetics and/or jewelry. Apply to the affected area not more than 3 or 4 times daily. Use for a maximum of 7 days
Each g of cream contains: 5mg(0.5%) Hydrocortisone USP. Non-Medicinal Ingredients (alphabetical): Ceteth-20, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Chlorocresol, Mineral Oil, Petrolatum, Phosphoric Acid, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide and Sodium Phosphate Monobasic Monohydrate.
