Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT WATERPROOF AND DRIED FIRST USE ! Please listen to my review! I just used for first time today and after 1 eye the brush was dry! I couldn’t even get it on properly it was so dry, after I finally got it one the best I could i rushed out of my house to catch bus when I dabbed at my eye and noticed black on my finger , I looked in phone mirror and it was smudged everywhere!! I had no time to go home and clean up so had to use a baby wipe and lotion to scrum ALL my makeup off and leave my face with black stained smudge splotches and red sore skin !
