It's awful!
I tried this "non-smearing " liner on Saturday. I wish someone at the party had told me it had run all over my face. I didn't check a mirror for a couple of hours but when I did, it had melted all around my eyes. I looked like a sloppy raccoon. Wish I had kept the packaging so I could return it. Waterproof????? Not even close!

This is probably the worst eyeliner Ive ever used. I got it in grey khaki so maybe its just the color I got. When I put it on, it went on creamy and pigmented but when you blend it out with the sponge on the end, it just disappeared. I had to re-apply 3 times to get a blended eyeliner line. THEN within 20 minutes, the eyeliner had ran down a good portion of my face from my eyes. I think because its so creamy, it doesnt set or stay very well. I even had powdered under my eyes and it still smudged down from my eyes (further than any other eyeliner ever). Horrible.

Formula change?
I have been using this eyeliner for more than 10 years and I think they changed their formula or something. The last several just break CONSTANTLY. I'm going through eyeliner like crazy and it's so frustrating. I need to find a different eyeliner. :( The quality of this one is nowhere near what it used to be.

I've been buying this product for years and lately (the last 4 pens) they break as I'm applying the line, going thru the pens weekly with breakage. This is most disheartening

Burns my eyes
I’ve been using this eyeliner for YEARS and they changed the formula and it burns my eyes so much!! I loved the old type! I can’t find it anywhere now I’m so sad

White eyeliner to open your eyes
I couldn't find the white option on here and I have to say I had to look hard to find a drug store white or skin colour eyeliner. This eyeliner is great, I use it in my waterline to make my eyes look bigger and it does wonders. Can be used to create cool eyeshadow looks also and easily to brighten up the corners of your eyes. Love this product is glides easily and self sharpens which is amazing and so convenient love it

What have you done
I have used this product for many years. Covergirl must have changed the formula. I have thrown out so many lately as they just break. I have only used covergirl products in the last few years but am going to try others. I guess covergirl doesn't care anymore and that's a shame.

Not good for sensitive eyes
I only wore it once. It didmt glide on as smooth as I hoped. In addition, my eyes were watery, like it had when I wear sunscreen on my face. The eyeliner ran about an hour later, or that’s when I noticed it. I don’t recommend it for sensitive eyes.
