Not bad
While I appreciate the ease of this product compared to using other teeth whitening kits (it's just another toothpaste), I found that having to use two toothpastes was quite cumbersome. I use an electric toothbrush, so I couldn't follow my usual routine of using it until it automatically shuts off. Instead, I had to switch it off, apply Step 2 to my brush, and then continue. It has broken up my morning routine and I don't appreciate that. I do, however, appreciate that my teeth do look a bit whiter. I can't say that I see a huge difference to be worth this extra step, though.

My mouth has never felt so clean.
When I first started using it I was not 100% sold on it. The first few times the sensation left after using the gel was not like anything I had felt before with any toothpaste I had previously used. After about a week of using it I could notice a difference the the color of my teeth and my total mouth felt really clean. After a couple of weeks I just loved how my mouth felt after using this product. I don't think that there is any way of going back after using this but remember to not go on first impressions because you will be delighted with the results from this product.

Clean and Fresh
This is my first time using a product of this kind. I've used whitening toothpastes before but not a two step system. I like that you brush for 1 minute using step one and then again with step two. I found it important to rinse after step 2- when I didn't the first few times, it left my gums feeling sensitive but now that I rinse afterwards there is no sensitivity. My teeth feel as clean as they do after a professional cleaning, every time I brush and that clean and fresh feeling goes on for hours afterwards. I genuinely love this product. The whitening effect is subtle but noticeable.

not what i was hoping for
I did notice that the Crest HD toothpaste did when my teeth a little bit, but there was not much of a difference. I found that it was a little time consuming to use both products, it would be more helpful to have it in one tube. I also noticed that it dried mouth out quite a bit, especially right after use, it left a gritty substance in my mouth that I did not enjoy. After a few minutes the coating in my mouth started to burn my tongue and gums, that can't be healthy. Overall the product did what it said it would, but the time commitment and side effects weren't worth the small results.

I was excited to try this product, and let me tell you, it works. It's a two part system: the first being a toothpaste-like tube and the second the whitener. I like how my teeth felt after using the cleanser, very clean. I also liked how I was able to limit the amount of whitener on my brush and I controlled how long I left it on my teeth. The problems with strips is that they only get the surface of the front of the teeth. With this product, the whitener gets into all the cracks and crevices of my mouth. Like all over the counter whitening products, use with a grain of salt. My teeth are not Hollywood red-carpet ready, but I have seen an improvement.

Could not use it twice a day
The first time I tried it I thought I could get used to the gritty taste of step 1. After using it twice a day for about a week I was beginning to dread using it, the taste is so gritty and yucky. So for week 2 I only brushed with it at night time. Ido believe that my teeth are a little whiter, but I took pictures, before and after, and the difference did not show. My toothbrush sure took a beating with this product. My bristles were all pushed down, and looked like I had used it for about 6 months. I wouldn't buy this product, but am glad that I had the opportunity to try it.

WOW, now that is refreshing!
I must admit that I first thought that a two step approach would be a real drag. But I am fanatical about brushing and flossing so it really was not a problem. I must say, my teeth felt very very very smooth after Step 2. It takes a bit of time to get OUT of the habit of rinsing after Step 1. Made a couple of boos boos there. I definitely feel like my teeth are as clean as ever after this two stage process but I do wonder if there is a problem with going BEYOND one minute. As far as whiter teeth I am not sure I have done it enough times to make a judgement on that.

Burned my gum
Maybe my mouth is too sensitive, however after 3 uses and no difference, I had to stop. My gums are inflamed and white. Scares me. I guess not all mouth is compatible with this product.
