Blending Sponge Directions: Dampen sponge until it swells, then firmly squeeze out any excess water. Apply product, and in a patting motion gently apply the sponge to the desired area, paying particular attention to forehead, cheeks & neck. 3. Dip the brush into your favourite powder, tap off any excess product, and loosely sweep the brush over areas you want to mattify.
