I get really bad cramps the second day of my period each month and this really takes the edge off! So far I’ve used for my last two cycles and I’m pretty impressed with how much it has helped. It has an icy tingly feeling when you first put it on and then it warms up. It doesn’t completely eliminate the cramping but it feels really comforting and does decrease the intensity. Will definitely be adding this to my toolbox for combatting cramps!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Soothing Tingly Relief I’ve always gotten really bad cramping throughout my back, legs, and entire pelvic area ever since I was 12 years old. I was able to try this cream as part of a promotion and I applied it as soon as I felt the first aches beginning. It helped a lot with my back and leg pains, but I still had to take some pain meds for the remaining pelvic cramping (like I said - I get *really* bad cramping!). The relief was almost immediate with the menthol setting in deep, and I personally love the smell of menthol; it is strong so if you’re sensitive to menthol or potent fragrances then just be mindful that this is a menthol based product!

The Cramp Care Cream from Diva is an essential for everyone's period survival pack and beyond! I often get a really tight, sore lower back during the first week of my menstrual cycle, and this past month I decided to give The Cramp Care Cream a try. The product's array of extracts cools and numbs for near instant relief, and the aroma of eucalyptus takes the cake! I love this product and even started using it on sore muscles, too!

Combined with my medication, it makes a huge difference in helping me get through the day. It is so simple to use, just a quick rub on the lower abdomen, and a little bit really goes a long way. It is a great price for what you get, and I am just so grateful to have something that actually helps with the pain.

It has a nice, soothing warming effect that helps take the sharp edge off cramping without feeling greasy or smelling like an intense medicine cabinet. It’s not going to completely erase severe pain on its own, but as a comforting, fast-acting backup to a heating pad, it's totally worth having on hand

Careful applying it to the skin as you really don’t need that much product for relief! Mess free, easy to apply, and worth the buy!
