I was really stressed because of my job and I was looking for a scent that will help me relax. I used the oil with a diffuser 1-2 hours before going to bed in my bedroom. It really helps me sleep though the night (when stressed I wake up at 2am and can't go back to sleep). I also use it while I meditate.

Great Essential Oil
I love this blend of essential oils, it smells great and is very relaxing, and not overpowering. It's a great value and a great choice of six oils blended together.
