Ingredients
Prana is an essential oil complex that helps combat winter ailments. Eucalyptus Radiata, Niaouli and Cineol Rosemary are invaluable herbs once winter rolls around and help fight respiratory tract infections. The freshness of Peppermint, Balsam Fir and Ravintsara, along with the rich fragrance of Palmarosa, gives Prana its fresh, pleasant, minty scent.
The Breathe Prana essential oils blend is used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and cough.
Directions:
Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes, once a day. Mix 4 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply 1 time a day.
Massage: Mix 4 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply 3 times a day.
