Why change the scent?
I’d love to know WHY you changed the scent? It would have been nice if you put a “new scent” or “new formula” warning on the bottle. Unfortunately, I threw out the receipt and can’t return it. After years of using this shampoo, I will no longer be using it. The new scent is garbage.

New scent is too strong!
So disappointed that the volumizing shampoo has a new scent. And I agree with other reviewer’s – it would be good to have such changes on the packaging, although, I will be inclined to return it regardless. I loved, loved, loved the old version! Switching to something else now.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I have been using ONLY dove shampoos for almost 10 years now. They are so rejuvenating, smell SO GOOD, literally wish it came in a body spray. It makes my hair so shiny and healthy. Would recommend to ANYONE.
