I like this very much. No noticeable odor. I leave it on and haven't noticed any harsh effects. I like that it doesn't stain clothes (like benzoyl peroxide products). And it works!

For a strong sulfur product, I don't notice the smell too much. Seems to do the trick as a spot treatment.

I bought it for my teenage daughter who has a lot of acne on her forehead and it is working fantastic. We ran out for a couple weeks and there was a big difference without it and then back with it.

Unfortunately I have been using as directed for several weeks and have not seen a noticeable improvement in blemishes, in fact it seems to encourage more blemishes to form. It also smells pretty bad, which I wouldn't mind if the product worked.

Really does work! I have a few patches of acne on my face due to pregnancy, and putting this cream on before bed has totally helped clear up existing acne and stop new acne from forming. It has a slightly bad odor due to the sulfur but it's very mild and the results are worth it.
