I was disappointed by this. The wooden packaging is pretty, but the eyeliner is still contained in a plastic tube inside. I feel like this creates more waste.
The texture is kind of gloopy and the brush makes it difficult to apply. I do appreciate the mission of the company and am curious to try some of their other products, but I would not recommend this one.

It's okay, but not great
It goes on smootly on the eyelide and it's easy to applicate with the brush. It doesn't stay put through out the day (I have oily eyelids) and it's kind of runny.
