Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dry and impossible to use I want to start this off by saying I have been doing graphic eyeliner on myself for years and get loads of compliments. I ran out of my usual brand and picked this up to use for now. I could not even finish one eye before it seemed to run out. The pigment is spotty, the marker feels dry, you have to put way too much pressure to get any good colour coming out of the tip. I ended up covering up my eyeliner with black eyeshadow to cover up the missing spots and uneven lines. This is frustrating as I generally really like ELF products.

The only part I could get any eyeliner out of was the base, which is practically useless. Honestly just awful, don't waste your money on this garbage.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn't buy again Regardless of the quality of the liner, the packaging issues made it so I had to throw it away before I finished with it. The black specks flaking off the packaging got EVERYWHERE, all over my brushes and on my face all the time.
