Dry, difficult to get the color on. Works better as a lip liner. Once you do get it on it stays on, so that's a plus.

I will continue to buy this eyeliner as long as Elf keeps selling it.
I've tried different types of eyeliner.i have alopecia and was without lashes for years.
Thank goodness for this eyeliner!!
It's non irritating and stays put. Iove that it does need sharpening. I used to only use that kind of eyeliner. What a Easter as they break so frequently.
At such a terrific price, it's worth it just try and see if you'll love as much as I do.

Love it! My go to eyeliner now
I love the color and formula of this liner. I use it on lids and smoke it out with some eyeshadow and it looks phenomenal! I accidentally slept with it on and then went out into the snow and it was still on! Will be buying more colors

It's Okay
Looks fine on my upper lash line, but it does budge and smudge on my lower lash line after about an hour. It also doesn't stay on my water line, although I found out after ordering this that gel liner is usually best to use for water lines. I don't plan to order this again.

Hard to get colour pay-off. Doesn't blend
I have to draw pretty hard on my eye lid to get colour. Even then, it's not very opaque. I can't smudge it out before setting, like I usually do with any gel eyeliner pencil. It also doesn't want to blend with another gel pencil. The only good thing is that it stays on pretty well over the day, but so do many other gel eyeliner. There are plenty of good drug store eyeline pencils that work better than this. I won't order this again.

These do not budge. Even in the water line they wear all day and don't transfer or smudge. I bought both the black and brown and both are great, however I wish the brown was more pigmented or darker. They don't glide very well on skin which makes it hard to line the lid, but for the water line they are perfect.
