I love this stuff
I've been using this stuff for a few years and love it. I'm giving it a 4 because as soon as I opened one of them, both the plumper and primer fell off. I ordered 2 new ones and they were fine. Labeled correctly as you can see by the pic, tingles when I put it on and the primer helps my gloss last longer it seems.

Only good for bedtime...
The "primer" end didn't help the wear of my lipstick...in fact, I think that it didn't last as well with the primer as without it. The "plumper" end is a really thick, VERY light lipstick (nobody has lips that light--not even with a "nude" look). I do sometimes use it at bedtime to help keep my lips a little more moisturized, but unless you are going out for Halloween, there's no way you could wear is out anywhere.

As previous reviews have said the plumper broke almost immediately. I very much enjoy ELF products - but the delivery on this in the form of a 'lipstick' turn-style is not working.
