Pretty good product for the price, a lot of fun for the whole family. Just need to be very aware of your stance/movement to make sure your muscles are being used.

Light weight, fairly sturdy, the family enjoys it. Our 8 year old is constantly jumping and moving - this keeps him moving for sure!

Surprisingly sturdy! It is fun to use for exercise and my 4 year old also thinks it is great as a toy as well ...2 for 1! Great value for the price.

This is great for the price. If you are looking for something a little more sturdy, I might invest in a wood Pilates twist plate. However this one will do the trick and will last for many years to come.

Amazing brand name workout product. Delivered fast and free delivery when you order 29.00 and over so I had ordered two for the new exercises there is available for this product. Best price on the internet at Well.

Harder to use than one would think but lots of fun!

Love this thing! It's nice and small and makes exercising fun!

It spins so effortlessly so no danger of flinging yourself off of it. I actually only used it once then my kids stole it as a spinning toy. They LOVE it and get quite a lot of exercise on it.

I like it - lightweight, but sturdy - and the price is right too.

Fitness guide is limited, but product itself works well. I've been looking for one like Master Moves (heard about it on Dragon's Den) without paying the $100 pricetag, and this is it.
