I bought this when I was 4 days before my period and it came out positive but I wasn't sure how accurate it was so I waited till I was a week late and took the other test, which was positive so I knew I was pregnant and the lines were visible, sometimes it's hard to tell with these tests cuz the lines can be faint.

I took a test on a whim that came back positive. I didnt believe it especially because I was taking it early. I grabbed a bunch of the early response tests, all positive! Im feeding my son as I write this!

Terrible. Heartbroken. Upset. Disappointed
Im seriously disappointed by this test. I have endo stage 4, and thyroid disease. We have been to a fertility clinic with no results. We have also been trying for 2 years to conceive. I got a faint positive line. I was elated. I shared with my entire immediate family how happy I was. I even scheduled my first pregnancy visit with my OBGYN. Blood test comes back as negative. Was told I was having another endo flare up possibly and that is the reason for a missed period. I will never ever purchase this product again. I am embarrassed. The other reviews on this product dont look too promising either.

First response has always been my go to test. Ive had to use it twice in my life, once being negative, once being positive. Both times, the results came back clear.
I also like the new design, made easier for those who prefer not to do the dip method.
Its also a pretty quick response. My positive showed up before the three minutes were up.
The price is right, as well. Definitely one of the cheaper ones for name brand.

Indent lines false hopes
I brought these because everyone was saying how they’re much better then Clearblue. The first test I took I got a very very faint line which gave me hope that I was pregnant. Tested again the next day and same thing! No progression, nothing. This before before testing I decided to look at the stick before dipping it into my urine & what do I see!? The same stinken line that led me to believe it was a faint positive-A INDENT LINE!!!! Looks like I’ll be going back to Clearblue. No wonder I used them with my first pregnancy.

easy to read
so i have been ttc for a long time and had many losses too. i did first response since 8 dpo and all had faint lines with colour and tested again 11 dpo AM and test was negative as u see in second pic. then i tested again PM and again a faint line with colour. im so disappointed has it gave me false hope that i was pregnant and all other brand tests have come back negative. i will never buy these tests again and i feel so upset that i have decided to give up trying again

UNRELIABLE!!!!
Just bought this a few days ago, to test 3 days before my expected period. Took the test and got a faint positive. Waited a day and took the second test, got another faint positive. On the 3rd day I had a blood test scheduled, came out negative. For the community of ladies ttc, this test is the BIGGEST disappointment!!! Take this off the shelves! Reading through reviews on ALL sites, for the past couple months, EVERYBODY has been having the same issue. Seems like unless you get 2 extremely dark lines, then you’re definitely not pregnant. So for the few of us looking for any little sign and hope to confirm, definitely don’t rely on First Response to reassure you. This test is straight trash and I will definitely get genetic brands or Clear Blue before ever purchasing this. Ladies!!! Listen to the reviews and do not waste your money or get your hopes up.
