The Kanken Mini is a shrunken version of the classic backpack that is
suitable for smaller children and even adults who want to have a small
backpack.
It is perfect for a change of clothes at kindergarten, a packed lunch for an outing or as a convenient everyday bag for a wallet, water bottle, piece of fruit or the like. The shoulder straps are long and adjustable so they fit both little and big backs. They can be fastened with a button so they are not in the way when they are in their smallest position.
Kånken Mini is made from durable and light Vinylon F fabric that is water and dirt resistant. The main compartment has a large zippered opening that makes it easy to pack and unpack. There are two flat side pockets and a front pocket with a zipper.

Misleading colour
I bought the peach pink and it is red - there's nothing pink about it. I am worried about the longevity of the colour as well, as there's already visible fading along any folds or edges of the bag right out of the package.

Magical little backpack
I love kan ken so much I own like 6 little backpacks. I bought them during Covid they became my purse. So convenient they fit so much for a little thing, so comfortable to wear every where, shopping, hiking, if you have kids diapers, it has a seating pad which is very useful tucked in. Two Side compartments for cell phone, hand sanitizer, small hand soap. Small pocket for keys, chapstick and whatever you need with you. Highly recommend this and I have the bigger ones for work.
