When soaked in water, its natural fibers expand and the weave tightens. Pleasingly abrasive, it restores and stimulates the skin to a smooth invigorating freshness. Long lasting, quick drying and better than a loofah, it resists mold, is machine washable, and useful in the kitchen as a mar-free utility cloth.

I agree with another reviewer that this makes a great exfoliator for the face. I use this with a mild soap and it has now replaced all face scrubs I was previously using. Works great with my sensitive skin since you can control how hard you scrub with it. You'd think it would be too hard on the face but it becomes softer when wet. Also notice that my pores appear noticeably smaller after use too.

Since purchased, I have only used it three times. When dry, it may seems that it will tear your skin, however, once wet and soaked with my shower gel, it has a certain softness. After using, I do not have itchy skin, and my skin is soft after rinsing. This is a product I am keeping. *I washed, and hanged it to dry, it in the washer, and it did not tear.
