Fantastic product for keeping a variety of cheeses fresh
I had been trying to locate these papers for a while and thrilled that well.ca is carrying them. They are simple to use: pull out a sheet, set unwrapped cheese block in, wrap up tight. I have used these for a variety of cheeses, but runny/soft ones are prone to bleed through the wrapper and need to be replaced. Any harder cheeses it's one wrap and for me lasts until the cheese is done. Keeps it in way better shape than using plastic wrap. Also comes with labels to put onto the wrapper to identify which is which. VERY good price for something that's so effective and easy to use. I think they're a must-have for anyone who always has cheese in the fridge and are vastly superior to a plastic bag/wrap.
