Change isn't always better
"New Grip 'n Seal" is what is on my newest box of Ziploc sandwich bags. These are absolute garbage! The seal got a whole lot smaller and takes more effort to close. Further, it feels much cheaper and if you even slightly manipulate the bag once sealed, it is sure to unseal. These are not good and we are now on our second box, hoping the first was a bad batch. Unfortunately, the second box is the same, so this is the new norm. My wife rarely swears, but she had some choice words for these sandwich bags!

Love - But Feel Guilty Buying
These bags are absolutely perfect for camping, trips, work, school, anything! My only concern is my guilty conscience I get when I buy any! I know they can be recycled at participating retailers, but it seems impossible to find this information! At least they are so durable as I wash and re-use the bags as many times as possible to minimise the waste.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We generally keep 3 sizes of #Ziploc bags in the house - the [product:ziploc-sandwich-bags-4/125-ct-bags], Ziploc® Brand Snack Bags and [product:ziploc-brand-slider-storage-bags-gallon-/-large] which all get used for different purposes from food storage, to packing things like shampoo and sunscreen for a suitcase to prevent leaks. We try to be as environmentally responsible as we can and re-use snack/storage bags as often as we can and we also have plastic toddler snack containers to minimize our use of plastic storage bags. Each day we use a gallon size ziploc bag to pack up my daughter bottles and snacks to send to daycare each day and we've been using the same one, back and forth each day, for the past 7 months, without needing a new bag yet! So these are very durable, fit a lot in them, and I think are a great value. I definitely recommend using reusable containers when you can, but #ziploc bags make a great alternative if that isn't possible all the time.

I use Ziploc bags
I use Ziploc bags for everything. I use them for my 3 school aged kids that bring sandwiches and snacks in them. I use them while traveling to keep any liquid products from spilling. They're made tough and don't tear very easily which makes them great to use.

I would not buy this product again until something changes.
We as a family all use these bags but have noticed that the food product you put in the bag has a taste to it if you leave it in there for a couple of days ie chips, cookies, crackers.Whatever is in the plastic is making the product have a strange taste.

The family have been
The family have been using these bags in like FOREVER and we all use them in our recreation departments after we do baking with the seniors. We try to make more than enough to have some at another program. These ziplocks have never lets us down.

These bags do their job well by storing your sandwich or whatever else it is you put in them. I haven't had one leak on me, which is great. They don't feel as flimsy as the other no name brand ones I have tried. I recommend these.
