This product is pretty good. I recently had LASIK surgery and wear waterproof mascara because my eye drops make my regular mascara run. This Garnier stuff does a fairly good job of removing my waterproof mascara without me having to rub too much (another thing you're not supposed to do after LASIK). It's a little oily feeling but I've had far worse, so I don't mind it.

I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, and I tend to react to basically everything under the sun, including the sun! For a while, I could only use sodium bicarbonate to wash myself, because everything else caused my skin to break into hives. Micellar water (this one, and the regular version from Garnier that is not for waterproof makeup) is one of the very few skin cleansing products that I can safely use and perfectly tolerate. Like any other product, discontinue using if you suffer from an allergic reaction. But, in the absence of allergic reaction (a near miracle, in my case!), I can say that this has been a very gentle skin cleanser for me that doesn't burn my ultra-sensitive skin, or cause it to break out.

If I could have rated it 0 I would have. This product burned my skin and caused me to break out in a huge rash which cracked and bled for days. DO NOT USE MICELLAR WATER!!!! I have used other products from the same company and they work fine. I've used other micellar water products and they also burned me.
