This delayed-release capsules are designed to resist stomach acid, protecting the strains so they reach the intestine where they can thrive. Packaged in blister packs to ensure that capsules are protected which ensures a guaranteed CFU dose all the way up to expiry. Only 1 capsule per day!
Recommended Dosage: Adults (19+): Take 1 capsule per day. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2-3 hours before or after.

If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhoea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.

Worth the extra money!
I am prone to UTIs and I find these help make them less frequent. Worth the money compared to a regular probiotic.

Do nothing
I’ve never found probiotics to be helpful with my IBS and now these have not been helpful in preventing my new recurrent bladder infections. On the plus side, they don’t seem to do anything bad except be expensive.
