- Measure 2/3 cup of milk or alternative (soy, rice, almond, or hemp).
- Heat milk in a small pot over medium heat until almost at a boil.
- Remove the milk from the heat. Pour ½ cup of dry mixture into the heated milk, stir and wait 1 minute before serving. You can add extra milk if you like your hot cereal creamier.
- Add favourite toppings, such as brown sugar, maple syrup, or fresh fruits.
Ingredients: Organic amaranth flakes, organic red and/or white quinoa flakes, organic buckwheat porridge, chia.
