Ingredients
Remove waterproof makeup (including mascara and foundation), sunscreen, dirt, and excess oil with Grace & Stella's fragrance-free cleansing balm. For best results, follow up with a gentle cleanser. Comes with a spatula to avoid contamination.
Directions: Melt a quarter-sized amount in between clean, dry hands. Gently massage product onto dry face to break down makeup, sunscreen, oil, and dirt. Rinse face with warm water or use a damp washcloth. For best results, follow up with the double cleansing method of washing face with a clarifying cleanser.
Ingredients: Caprylic/capric Triglyceride, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Synthetic Beeswax, Peg-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, Peg-20 Glyceryl Isostearate, Polyethylene, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Bht.
Caution: For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

It is fine, too bad it contains plastic
The product itself is fine, I have very sensitive skin and it did not irritate. However, I did not recognize at the time that it contained plastic (Polyethylene) and so is particularly bad for the environment. My bad for not recognizing the ingredient. I liked the company otherwise (vegan, cruelty-free) but I would not buy the product again simply for the use of plastic in the ingredients.

Perfect
I have sensitive skin so I need to get my makeup and sunscreen off at night without scrubbing with a normal cleanser (or even using micellar water with a cotton pad). This transforms into an oil that lifts everything off your face. It also breaks down VERY easily with water so you don't have to scrub or use intense soap to get the oil off. I follow it up with a really gentle cleanser to get the last of everything off my face. It's perfect.

Removes waterproof mascara
This balm disintegrates even waterproof mascara easily, which means I don’t have to pull or drag anything across my sensitive eye area or dry out my skin trying. I also love that it doesn’t have much of a scent.
