To Use:

1) Apply shampoo to wet hair and massage into scalp for 1-2 minutes. Rinse.

2) Follow up with conditioner starting at the ends of your hair and work your way up to the scalp. Let conditioner sit for 3-5 minutes. Rinse. Wash hair every other day for best results.
