Too tight
This is a cute princess dress up outfit for my grandaughter, 2.5 yrs.
I ordered size 3-4 but the chest part is fitted too tight. She is actually on the slim side.
She has to wear it right now to get some use out of it. Too much trouble to return. Gave it 4 stars for beauty. Order a bigger size next time.
