Directions: Before you shampoo, section hair and squeeze product directly onto wet scalp. Then gently massage the scrubbing applicator on scalp for 2-3 minutes, using circular motions to lift residue and build-up. Make sure to cover your entire scalp and then rinse with warm water.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product didn’t work well, Honestly I love Well.ca but omg this product is terrible! First of all, it’s so thick that it’s nearly impossible to get out of the bottle and when you do get it out it just fills up the head of the squeeze bottles where the bristles are, I had to squeeze it out and apply it with my hands and when I tried to use the bottle to massage my scalp it was very painful and just tangled my hair. This also made the biggest mess in my shower, all of the little exfoliating bead things stuck to the shower curtain and there’s so much fallout that it gets everywhere plus once you finally do get it onto your scalp it’s so hard to wash off. This honestly was a really disappointing experience which sucks because I love Well.ca and so many other Hairitage products but this one was just a complete miss for me ☹️

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Brush needs work, but overall great product! Review and Recommendation PROS 1- It works GREAT. I had quite a bit of flaking, thought I’d try this reset and it did exactly that. 2- It smells wonderful. I really cannot complain of the smell. 3- The grits are efficient at scrubbing away the flakes, it’s not painful at all. The brush is handy to brush through to get the exfoliant to the scalp CONS 1- The brush is somewhat hard plastic. If you have sensitive scalp, avoid using this brush. 2- It takes about 2 shampoos afterwards to get the grit out. METHOD IS IMPORTANT. I have partial curl, partial wavy hair. A lot of it. I give my hair a quick shampoo, rinse then use the exfoliant. The brush is good for doing small half circles or brush in a straight line. Start doing little lines at the front and work your way to the back. Don’t try to do large sections. I like to add extra product on my hand after and use my hands to “finish” the job by doing circular motions. Once you’ve done your entire head, rinse it out. THEN do TWO cycles of shampoo. The grits will all come out. For the comments that I’ve seen of people saying they’re “losing” their hair. They have to remember exfoliating will loosen hairs that are on the verge of already falling. It also clears up the scalp, in turn with cause more hair than usual to fall out. But it will also help promote hair growth.
