I am on a low carb diet and use this product for my breakfasts. I soak the chia seeds in almond milk, overnight and it is almost like tapioca pudding. From my research, chia seeds are a good source of calcium, magnesium, fiber and can increase levels of estrogen. I find that it gives me more energy and is incredibly filling.
