Happy to find white chia seeds! The stores around me only have the black ones, which make overnight oats a very unappetizing colour. Looking forward to using Herbal Select Whole Chia Seed :)

Great product, first time I tried Chia and will definitely repurchase from well.ca. I use it in smoothies, oatmeal, salads and sometimes when I cook.

I am on a low carb diet and use this product for my breakfasts. I soak the chia seeds in almond milk, overnight and it is almost like tapioca pudding. From my research, chia seeds are a good source of calcium, magnesium, fiber and can increase levels of estrogen. I find that it gives me more energy and is incredibly filling.
