Description
Higher Living's sweet and tangy Vitality infusion combines zesty orange peel and green mate with aromatic allspice.
Using one bag for a cup, or two bags for a large mug, pour on freshly boiled water and allow the tea to brew for good four or five minutes – the extracts need this time to release all their valuable essential oils and flavour.
You can make a pint of iced tea by brewing six bags in a single cup of boiling water. Top off with up to two cups of chilled water and plenty of ice cubes, adding sugar or honey if you like it sweeter.
Ingredients: ORANGE PEEL (Citrus aurantium varamara) (33%), CINNAMON (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) (28%), LICORICE ROOT (Glycyrrhiza glabra L LEGUMINOSAE) (21%), GREEN MATE (Ilex paraguariensis) (7%), LEMON PEELS (Citrus limonum) (6%), ALLSPICE (Pimenta dioica) (5%).
