For dyeing and bleaching hair

Directions for use:
Dilute with an equal amount of water prior to use. Apply and leave on for the desired length of time, then rinse hair thoroughly with water.

Precautions:
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Point bottle away from face when opening as contents may produce an excessive pressure. Avoid contamination. Do not apply full strength to skin or hair. Do not use for wound care. Do not take internally.
