Gluten and allergen free, it is coated with silicone, derived from a natural element, which gives the product its excellent, and very popular, non-stick properties. It is perfect for baking and cooking. No greasing necessary so you cut the fat and calories on your food, not to mention the prep time. Microwave safe and oven safe up to 428 °F/220 °C.

I really like this parchment paper and I use it often. It is just hard to tear off a piece without it being all jagged. As mentioned in another review I sometimes have to use scissors.

Great parchment paper! Does what it's intended to do and is the socially responsible choice. The only thing I would change is the size, it's not long enough for my cookie sheet so I usually have to rip a longer piece and rotate it.
