Inari Organic Whole Brazil Nuts
200 g

Brazil nuts are particularly healthy because they are rich in selenium, which makes their protein content "complete". This means that, unlike the proteins in most plant products, Brazil nuts' protein contain all the necessary amino acids to foster optimal growth in humans (in the same way as proteins from animal products do).

I bought these as a whole-food selenium supplement, usually eat about two a day. I've decided that Brazil nuts aren't my favorite nuts, but they're certainly not bad. Straight out of the shell would obviously be fresher, but these have satisfied my needs and provide me with at least a good month of supplements at a very reasonable price.

Top quality in freshness. Almost impossible to locate in stores.

Always good to have some brazil nuts on hand. I buy them when they're on sale since they can get costly in store. Always keep nuts in the fridge or freezer to prolonge freshness.

Delicious. Fresh tasting. Inari has some really good products. So that they are not eaten all at once, they have to be hidden in this house. Thanks for stocking a really good product

Tastes fresh to me, i keep it in the fridge sealed and take 2 everyday to get my RDA of selenium to heal my skin.

These Brazil nuts are delicious. Crisp and fresh, the price point was actually better than Brazil nuts in the grocery store. We have one every morning. I have been buying these nuts for a while now and have never been disappointed in the quality.

Love these, fresh and tasty, I keep them in the fridge and eat one every morning!

Nice and fresh and 'meaty' so they make a lovely treat. However, for those of us with a sluggish thyroid, the selenium in Brazil nuts is essential (just 3-4 a day). Plus, they are heart healthy so what's not to like.

These are nice enough brazil nuts for ones that have already had the shells removed. They seem to be fresher on average than the bulk ones at my local grocery store. They're not as amazing as some that I received in a bag of mixed nuts with their shells still on--those were glistening white inside with visible oil... but for shelled brazil nuts, these are pretty good.
