I have been pleasantly surprised by how versatile these are. I am able to add it into so many things. Usually I put some in my cereal, on toast with peanut butter, and in my yogurt parfaits. I will be purchasing again for sure.

A wonderful addition to oatmeal and hemp hearts. Nice to be able to grind freshly for use (doesn't go rancid).

I ground these up in my blender. It would be handier if they were pre-ground, but not a huge deal to do it myself. Great for adding to oatmeal and granola for an extra nutritional kick.

I freshly grind 1 1/2 tbsp of these flax seeds every morning and sprinkle them on my salad at lunch...very yummy! (You must grind flax to get the benefits and only grind as much as you need at a time as it goes rancid very quickly.) Ground Flax helps to balance hormones and has practically eliminated the monthly migraine headaches that I've suffered from all my life...and without taking a bunch of pills!! It's incredible...only wish I'd know this sooner!

Very happy with these flax seeds. I add it to my rice and it tastes so good I don't feel the need to add any salt to my rice anymore. I also noticed an almost immediate increase in energy and mood. I've taken dozens of different supplements and super foods but never felt the need to do a review. Flax seeds are the real deal and one of the best "bang for your buck" supplements / foods you can eat.

I ground 30 gms of flax seeds in a coffee grinder and add it to 1 cup uncooked rice after it's cooked.

I am on a diet that tells me flaxseed's are highly recommended. So glad I found these on your site as I haven't seen them need me and I love that they are organic. I too have heard you don't get the right nutritional value if they are whole and I don't have that special flaxseed grinder but I use my food processor and that works but it takes about minutes or more..even so its a good price whole and worth it for me!.

I'm not sure if you get all the nutritional value if they are not ground, but they have other benefits when whole. They are also a choking hazard while whole so be careful

These are great and a great friend I put them in my cereal smoothies and in baking they are delicious and healthy!
