Joe Beef spicy apple-maple sauce is made with Quebec McIntosh apples and tomato paste, combined with maple syrup from a small sugar shack in the Lanaudire area to impart a light sweet taste. All Joe Beef sauces are produced by hand, in small batches, following the restaurants recipe as if they were prepared there.
