Joe Beef steak sauce has a light smoke taste and caramelizes during cooking, which brings out its fruity apple and plum aromas. Spicy and smoky, it also has a sweet, fruity side. Each bottle of Joe Beef steak sauce contains 25% hand-pitted Quebec prunes. All Joe Beef sauces are produced by hand, in small batches, following the restaurants recipe as if they were prepared there.
