Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous from I received this as a shower gift and had only used a handful of times. Not my favourite brand because I find it very watery. Meaning, you would need a lot. Price wise is alright, but again if you need to buy often.. it isn’t the best.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Archie from A lot More Tears! I really appreciate your concern about removing harmful chemicals from your product and I am a fan the products with more natural and less harmful ingredients. However, since you've changed the formula, your classic shampoo is not tear free anymore. Every time We use it, it burns the baby's eyes and he screams. He had no problem with the previous bottle which was the old formula. I had no choice but give it up and switch to another brand (Burt's bees). The problem is the other brand is not budget friendly. I hope you fix the issue (without bringing back the harmful chemicals) and parents like me we can use Johnson's again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Thaynes06 from (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My kids and myself using this shampoo. I use this Johnson's Baby Shampoo as a complete body and face wash, especially for my eyes. I was told by a renowned eye doctor that our eyes collect all kinds of dirt, dust and debris and the best way to minimize eye problems was to wash the area of our eyes daily. Most soaps are too harsh or irritating but not Johnson's Baby Shampoo. I have been using it for a very long time and with great success at having no eye problems (other than age related). It also works great as a full body wash, it cleans, freshens, has no fragrances and does not dry my skin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cathy100 from Sensitive skin reacted strong after 3 days of use and had to discontinue. Wish I could use the pre-2018 version I am 60 and have very, very sensitive skin. As I used the J&J products when I was a kid, and for my own children, I was using the J&J baby shampoo to avoid skin reactions. I had great success for the last couple of years with no reactions. But I used the new formula (2018) and noticed a burning sensation issue after the first use. Since I did not know it was the cause, I used the new formula for two more days, before realizing the new baby shampoo was the problem. I discontinued using it then, but it took a week for the skin on my face to recover from the reaction, including red irritated skin and peeling. I cannot imagine using this new formula on a baby...

Rated 5 out of 5 by 1stChameleon from (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I use Johnson's baby shampoo when washing my grandkids hair. The product is super gentle on their skin and hair. The shampoo is also thicker than many baby shampoos which tend to be runny. You only need a drop or two to get a head full of suds. Runny shampoo doesn't give much control of where you want it and can get into the baby/toddlers eyes easier. With Johnson's Baby Shampoo you have more control of where you want it placed, and also the amount to use which means no waste. I recommend using Johnson's Baby Shampoo because I want what is best for my grandkids.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Bill from not as good as the previous version I've been using Johnson Baby Shampoo most of my lifetime (I'm 73 now and can't recall the last time I used anything else..,no jokes...I do have a good memory). The most recent version of this product appears to have come out mid-2018 because I still have a bottle of the previous one also purchased this year. The replacement is too watery and will require more of the product to be used during each hair washing. I will probably keep using it because I prefer a gentle shampoo but I'd prefer the option of buying the previous version as well since it is more effective and can be used more sparingly. Also, I do not like the new plunger style top at all. At least go back to the old style cap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lauren0725 from (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My grandma and mom used it on both my brother and I, now I use it on both my boys. And when I run out of shampoo and I can't get to the store, guess what I use, johnsons and Johnson's shampoo!! That's how much i love it and that's how much it works. It's scent is gentle and not overly strong like other brands I've tried because other parents told me to try it because it was organic. Those smelled funky and made my kids hair brittle. I will never use anything else but what my mom used on us..never break tradition if its always worked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Personalmuse.ca from (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I don't use this purpose for it intended purpose as I don't have kids. I primarily use this to wash my makeup brushes and hair tools such as hair brushes and hair ties. The Johnson's baby shampoo has been an integral part of my brush cleansing routine I use baby shampoo in combination with Daiso Detergent Cleaning for Makeup Puff and Sponge along with the Real techniques brush cleansing palette. Daiso Detergent Cleaning for Makeup Puff and Sponge keep my white bristle makeup brushes white and stain free. However it be a little dry, so I use baby shampoo with it to keep conditioned and soft. It affordable and performs well and multi-purpose product.
